Dana K. Carlson
Dana K. Carlson (Goeglein) is a civil practice attorney in both Indiana and Ohio, and is the Managing Partner at Tourkow, Crell, Rosenblatt & Johnston LLP in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her legal career began after graduating in from Woodlan High School in 2006. Dana pursued her academic interests at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), where she earned a Bachelor's degree in both Political Science and German.
Dana furthered her education at Ohio Northern University, achieving her juris doctor degree magna cum laude in May 2016. At Ohio Northern, Dana excelled as an Associate Editor for the ONU Law Review and served as a Teaching Assistant in Torts. She was also honored as a member of the Willis Society, recognizing her as one of the top 10 percent of students.
Dana's legal journey includes internships at the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office and summers spent as a clerk at Tourkow, Crell, Rosenblatt & Johnston LLP. Beyond her professional work, Dana actively contributes to her community. She holds a distinguished role in the Allen County Family Law Executive Committee and serves as the Co-Editor of the Indiana State Bar Association Family Matters Newsletter. Through these roles, she keeps legal professionals and the public informed about crucial family law issues and developments.
Outside of work, Dana values time with her husband and three children. Based in Fort Wayne, she practices across a wide range of areas including family law, real estate, civil litigation, appellate work, and business matters. Dana is licensed to practice in Indiana and Ohio, providing comprehensive legal representation tailored to her clients' needs.
